About the event
Workshop Description: A diverse group of panelists who write and teach around nature writing from within the imperial core will discuss how they address the intersections of environmental harm and warmaking in their writing. Poets, cultural workers, researchers and environmental advocates will share what they’ve learned regarding both writing about ecocide and enduring it. The expanded canon they promote allows for a more nuanced engagement with nature writing, which leads to a deeper understanding of the world.
Tickets are $25 minimum for general admission and limited $10 tickets for writers-in-need. All proceeds go towards paying our presenters and helping the Press pay for operational expenses. Thank you for your contribution to help keep an indie intersectional press afloat!
